Karma is the ultimate defense.
Nobody, no matter how much money or power they have - even if they have their own navy - NObody can add or subtract from your karma but you. Your karma is the perfect reflection of your very own relationship with it. No more - no less. Your karma is your reality. Always and only ever. And that's not just a law. It's the only law.
Everything that comes to you is a perfect reflection of what's active in you that can only come from you, in that moment, and you're the only one who can change it. Whether it's a fear, a thought, an idea, "news", an image on a computer, a person or any other experience. All of which requires nothing but your attention which you can only give to yourself. Every bit of that is the perfect reflection of the quality of your relationship with reality, its ways - i.e. reflection - and its origins - i.e. you - in that moment.
You carry the best survival kit - a kit that no amount of money can buy - right between your ears - at all times. And it is on. On and active. At all times.
You don't have to love it or any aspect or experience of it.. All you have to do is respect the reality of it, the karma that governs it, whomever created it, the freedom of others to choose their own relationship with it and treat other people's experiences of their own karma as if they're none of your business because, they're not. All that matters of others, to you, is your response to the experience of them - your response to the result of you. The bit in that person that can reflect you back to yourself. The only bits you can ever see of them.
Your business, in any given moment, is only ever the choice you make in response to feeling "confronted" by your own reflection. That's it. That's the extent of "your business". What you do next. Nobody can inject their wants or ideas about what you do next into what you choose in that moment. All they can do is try to manipulate you into choosing what they want you to choose and they can't even do that unless they have your attention and something you want.
People want to help other people. In the manipulative realm, this is understandable. But outside that realm, the only way one can "help" is by not helping - by living a life that is at peace with karma and enjoying what she brings brings and shows you. By doing so, karma can use you in the reflection of those who are close enough to their own relationship with karma. Close enough to see what it looks like to live such an awesome life. Which is something most people have never seen nor even considered possible.
From the perspective of those living in the realm of manipulation while moving toward the realm of reconciliation, it looks like magic. And one of the first things one will experience is a dramatic uptick in coincidence.
Joy is the reflection of enjoying your relationship with karma. Which is your relationship with anything and everything around you. And even hatred can be turned to wonder.
Guess what you get when you worry...things to worry about. And those can only be things that would worry you, personally. No one else.
Karma knows you.
When you are afraid, she brings you things you fear. No one else.
When you are joyful, she brings you things you enjoy. No one else.
When you're hateful, she brings you things you hate. No one else.
She has the whole of existence at her fingertips and can part seas to get you what you're asking and when you're experiencing negative emotion, and what you're asking for is proof that you're right and she's wrong. You are asking for things that support, validate and prove you are superior, both to her and to yourself. And you get it. That's your whole world and your world is a reflection of you.
